DISCUSSION Even though your Lisa Office System manual states (page 257) that you can protect your tools (applications) with passwords -- don't do it! If you protect a tool that hasn't been used since you powered up, when you attempt to use it, you will get a message that the tool is damaged or is having technical difficulties. You must remove the password before proceeding. LisaWrite and LisaList are exceptions: they seem to function regardless of whether you entered a password.
